Add one at a time: Contacts → Add Contact. Good for the counter conversation: "want texts about deals?"
Import a CSV: Contacts → Import. Upload any spreadsheet with names and phone numbers. You'll confirm these people opted in to hear from you; we keep that confirmation on record.
Text-to-join: set up a keyword (like JOIN) in Automations. Anyone who texts it to your number is opted in and added automatically.
Your signup page: every account gets a branded page and QR code. Put it on the counter, your website, or Instagram; customers add themselves.
One rule above all: only text people who said yes. It's the law (TCPA), and it's also just how you keep customers.
