Our commitment
We want every visitor to be able to browse our site, sign up, and use our platform with ease, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is something we take seriously and work on continuously.
The standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the internationally recognized guidelines for making web content usable by people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech, and cognitive differences.
What we do
As we build and maintain Memorable, we aim to:
- Use clear, semantic structure so assistive technology and screen readers can navigate the page.
- Provide text descriptions for meaningful images.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus for people who do not use a mouse.
- Keep color contrast readable and text resizable.
- Label forms and buttons so their purpose is clear.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences for people sensitive to movement.
Ongoing effort and known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time task. We review our site as we add features and fix issues we discover or that are reported to us. Some older content, or third-party tools embedded in our site, may not yet be fully accessible. Where a third-party service falls short, we work to find a better option or an alternative way to get you the same information.
Need help or found a problem?
If you have trouble using any part of Memorable, or you need information in a different format, we want to hear from you and we will do our best to help. Email us at support@memorable.one or use our contact page. Please tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will respond as quickly as we can, typically within a few business days.
