What are automations?

An automation is a series of texts that sends on autopilot when something triggers it:

• Tag trigger: contact gets a tag (say "New customer") → they get your welcome series: instant thank-you, a 2-day follow-up, a 5-day offer.
• Keyword trigger (text-to-join), someone texts JOIN to your number → they're opted in and the sequence starts.
• Manual: you enroll people yourself.

Each message shows exactly when it lands ("sends 2 days after they join"). Automated texts cost credits the same as normal sends, respect opt-outs automatically, and each contact moves through on their own timeline.
